Recovery time

Physical recovery;

When a person recovers from a sports injury or breaks a bone in his body the recovery speed will be a matter of months to reach a normal state of heath,

On the other hand the recovery speed for the physical body will be much faster if a person pulls a muscle or has a cold or a flew.

The beautifully amazing human body will naturally fight any illness in body and automatically cure itself without any effort from you.

The only thing you do is rest and the human body will do the rest. “wow how amazing”

Emotional recovery;

Losing a close member of the family is the foremost hardest pain one can suffer, it splits the heart into pieces and all your emotions run wild like a lion chasing a herd of deer’s.

As the lion approaches close to the herd, the deer’s run wild in all directions to save their lives, in the same manner when the loss of a close one tries to enter and sit in your heart all your emotions run wild in all directions.

The same pattern emerges for person who falls in love with a partner (male/female) and for some reason it doesn’t work out, the recovery rate increase ten times fold whereby from months it turns out to be years.

And the most extreme cases it totally destroys a person’s life.

What should I focus on more?

By far you must focus on your emotional side more than your physical side because only minimal effort is required for physical recovery, all you do is partake enough rest proscribed by your doctor and your body will go on autopilot and recover.

Whist your emotional side needs your full time and attention, emotions have a mind of their own and if you let them run wild then eventually they will start to affect every area of your life and ultimately stop you from achieving your dreams.

For example of the person whose love didn’t work out he just tried to block and ignore his emotions.

The emotions like loss, want, loneliness, love and departure are free to do what they want with no control and no restriction on them.

The poor person begins to eat too much and locks himself away from the world because of the painful emotions.

Over time he will have no friends and he will be extremely over weight which is very disastrous.

“Emotions” I control you;

Just like the physical body has an automatic recovery system so does the emotional side.

Emotions emanate from feelings and feelings emanate from the heart, and love is the captain of your heart.

When love is fully active and present in your heart then your recovery speed will be extremely quick.

Love has many sailors which work for him like forgiveness, acceptance, patience, niceness, understanding and many more.

“Love is a subject which must be learnt and implement in one’s life”
In the above of example of Romeo loves not working out for him and the captain of his heart is love, which he learnt and implemented in his life.

When his emotions try to run wild like a ship in a storm the captain (the heart) will call his sailors (forgiveness, understanding, acceptance) to control his emotions and put his life back on track without any effort from him and the recovery speed will be on autopilot which will take months rather than years.

“If a person loves it makes him healthy, wealthy and wise”

Your beautiful partner 2 (men)

Men are not born Romeos from Shakespeare?

At the beginning of a relationship men play the part of Romeo extremely well by buying flowers for their partners, whining and dining in the best restaurants and speaking the language of love.

Treating their partners like princesses with immense kindness and softness which blows the women of her feet, the women thinks  after all these very long years of waiting  finally their man of her dreams has arrived.

It will seem like a flash that two years pass by and normality has crept in, from love to romance then arguing to fighting.

Both partners talk to their friends;

“Where did we go wrong”?

Where is my beloved Romeo, oh Romeo Romeo;

Here my love the man’s heart says?

I provide you with all the luxuries you want and I work so thee is happy and content and I walk in the world as your lion and defender of our house and children.

But sadly the women don’t understand their men because they judge their relationship on their past (how it was) rather than how it should be.

And they compare their relationship to their friends and family saying “but look how happy they are”

Then the volcano erupts…..

Then they break up….

If only the women new:

Men are naturally strong and have a macho side to them, which is embedded in the making of man.

Their personality breeds bravery, strongness and leadership, they thrive and love to be with their male friends to share this intuitive power with them.

To harness this intuitive power they take on sports which will bring this out of them like football, rugby and they will also be drawn to the police, army or the navy.

And a mans shield is his excellent character like honour, dignity, truthfulness, and trust.

His soft side is love, romance, softness, niceness and gentleness which mainly women bring out of him.

Rekindle the flame of love:

In the sad love story of Romeo and Juliet their parents are a “major obstacle” in their life, which prevents them of getting together and living a happy life.

Because their families are enemies towards each other it drives Romeo and Juliet to suicide.

As Juliet what “major obstacles” are in your and Romeos way?

It may be;

  1. Work
  2. Family
  3. Spend less time with each other
  4. A third person
  5. Investigate everything

When you find the problem then fix it together with love and patience.

Fulfill your Romeo wants and needs, and if your Romeo likes sports then encourage and support him so you become that part of this life too.

Keep your hearts connected at all times and in return your Romeo will move heaven and earth to keep you happy.
